Service Desk Engineer

We are looking for experienced full-time Service Desk engineer to provide End User Computing, Deskside support and Service Desk support to APAC Region in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS.
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.

• The Field Service Engineer provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives.
