Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: up to $2,390 per month

Contract duration: 12 months

Job descriptions:

• Handles feedback pertaining to Vocational Licencing Matters (outbound calls and emails)
• Comfortable in speaking to members of public
• To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback
• Familiar with common office tools such as Microsoft office, outlook etc
• Follows guideline on feedback handling

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Mandarin speakers required to liaise with elderly and foreign driver.
