Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. You will take the responsibilities involved supporting assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents. It includes following up on client matters, processing air export billing, verifying invoices, and resolving rate disputes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE O Level

• Manage distributor relationships, including procurement and customer service support.
• Provide excellent customer support to corporate clients, overseeing their orders and requests from start to finish.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations, service support, and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver quotations to customers in a timely manner.
• Compile and submit required documents through customers' management systems.
• Proactively update customers on order statuses and shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate spare parts price lists for customers.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment execution.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customer customs queries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in distribution handling, logistics, manufacutring, or electronic industry.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, order processing.
• Immediate starter is a plus

16. Observes PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and chain of custody of specimens. Ensure the accurate sorting, data entry, preparation, collation and sorting of specimens that contain patients personal data.
