. To support the preparation of reports, analysis and Year End stock takes

. Resolve and co-ordinate any operational day to day issues with 3PL warehouse / Customers / Suppliers / Forwarders.

. Manage LC negotiation, Country of Origin, Form D, any Certification

. Verifying Vendors invoices, compiling invoices for weekly submission

. Any other activities in line with this role requested by the Manager

Requirement

. Proficient in SAP, MS Office

. Knowledge with Letter of Credit negotiation

. Ability to think strategically, problem solving skills

. A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a customer service position

Responsibilities

• Committed to doing eveything to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations.
• Responsible for Order Processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow up with customer orders)
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents
• Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading
• Collaborate closely with the planner to ensure timely supply and corrdination.
• Tally overall order received at the end of day to ensure all order is not missed out.
• Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery
• Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives
• Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining open, transparent and interactive communication, thereby building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• "Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Capable to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, showing flexibility and committment to being a supportive team player
• Able to analyze processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Capable of performing well under pressure during peak periods, and willingness to take on responsibility.
• 2-3 years experience in Logistic operations
• Proficient in MS Office

What you will be working on

Our Customer Service Department serves as the primary interface between our organisation and CPF members. As part of the Customer Service Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting CPF members in making well-informed decisions about their CPF savings by understanding and addressing their information needs with a professional and compassionate approach.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and deliver personalised service to address CPF members' enquiries related to CPF schemes and services through various channels, including but not limited to calls (video calls included), counters, text messaging, contact centres and service centres.
• Engage with CPF members in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships.
• Identify and address CPF members’ needs, with a goal of achieving total satisfaction.
