Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Customer Service officer to support the daily operations of our customer service team. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly performance reports and customer feedback summaries, highlighting key insights for management.

Job Responsibilities:

To provide excellent guest service and ensure a safe environment for guests. Collaborate closely with the Residence Manager to create memorable guest experiences.

• Provide courteous and efficient service in the breakfast lounge.
• Prepare and present breakfast as per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage food inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
