About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Registration Officer - Part Time who is reponsible for registering new customers and providing basic product information. They travel to various locations to meet with potential customers, collect neccessary documents for registration and ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded.

- Categorize clothes and other fabrics by color, fabric type, and level of soiling. Check for stains, damages, and special cleaning instructions.

-Apply appropriate chemicals or solutions to treat stains and ensure that they are removed effectively before washing or dry cleaning.

-Load and unload washing machines and dryers, and operate these machines according to the type of fabric and cleaning requirements.

-Use dry cleaning machines to clean garments that cannot be washed with water. Handle chemicals and solvents used in the dry cleaning process safely and according to guidelines.

-Use irons, steam presses, and other finishing equipment to remove wrinkles and give clothes a professional appearance. Ensure garments are properly shaped and pressed.

-Fold clothes neatly and package them for return to customers. Ensure that items are handled gently to avoid damage.

-Keep the work area clean and organized. Regularly clean machines, floors, and work surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.

-Keep track of cleaning supplies, detergents, and chemicals. Notify supervisors when stocks are running low or when new supplies are needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management :

• Create and validate customer orders in SAP, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
• Confirm material availability, set delivery dates, and release sales orders.
• Work with Planning and Finance teams to resolve any issues blocking orders.
• Process customer payments, including invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for smooth order execution.
• Prepare and review documents for LC payment term orders.

Order Fulfillment:

• Coordinate with 3PL for inventory picking, outbound documentation (OBD), and shipment arrangement.
• Confirm product picking lists and lead times with 3PL to ensure timely loading and delivery.
• Keep customers updated on order status and escalate any non-conformances or delays.
• Monitor shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and confirm delivery completion.
• Prepare shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, COA) and send them to customers.
• Proactively monitor 3PL performance to avoid late deliveries and prevent customer complaints.

Other Adhoc Duties:

• Manage and resolve customer complaints, including non-technical issues and quality notifications.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and liaise with relevant internal teams to resolve issues.
• Suggest solutions for operational interruptions and escalate to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability requirements and report any concerns to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chian Management with 2 year working experience
• Knowledge of SAP or similar order management systems.
