Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Contract duration: one year contract (renewable subject to your performance)

Salary: $3,800 - $4,500

Working days & hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm

Working location: Loyang Lane

Position Summary:

Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of parts and provisioning products or related services. Analyzes and processes material returned from customers. Analyzes customer parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem. Maintains customer relationships. Develops an understanding of customer’s culture and business strategies.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews customer purchase orders to assess requirements.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders (e.g., order entry, etc.) inputting in the ERP system and portal management.
• Interacts with the different positions in the warehouse as well as with other functions such as Sales and Quality to ensure that orders are resolved in an acceptable time frame.
• Prioritizes orders with issues based on required ship date and performs analysis on whether orders can proceed without additional input.
• Performs research in the ERP system to potentially resolve order issues.
• Revises and actions open orders that are pending resolution.
• For all critical orders, ensures timeliness of shipment through internal coordination and liaison with other functional stakeholders.
• Monitors/expedites orders with high complexity and urgency.
• Resolves customer claims with functional department (Accounting, Quality Assurance, etc.), credit and rebill, RMA process, determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Maintains a healthy pipeline on part usage/demand on existing contract, program, etc., in collaboration with Customer, Sales and Planning, etc.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support
• Experience in Warehouse environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications
• Ability to enter large volume of orders in the system
• Education: High School Diploma or Related Field of Study, Associate degree – Business Management

Salary range: $1800 - $2800 (Salary will depends on years of relevant experience and qualification)

Job Duties:

• You will need to demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in delivering prompt and excellent frontline services to patients.
• You will handle the registration of patients' visits, appointment scheduling, collection of payments, and provide financial counselling.
• In addition, you will handle the administration of patients' records and assist doctors with patient's medical reviews in the consultation rooms.

Job Requirements:

• GCE N level and above
• Comfortable to start off with 1 year contract, will rotate to different clinic depends on which clinic requires manpower that day.
• Open to fresh or those with customer service experience, open to candidate that wants a gap year before any further studies

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, sales order
• Perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes
• Ensure that critical information with regards to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and followed up with the delivery section till completion of delivery
• Ensure procedures for processing of item with sales restrictions, orders that require price approval and other principal specified requirements are strictly adhered to
• Provide admin support when necessary, e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents
