Job Summary:
Service customers by providing information on product availability and resolving product and service problems promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer’s enquiries from various channels: website live chat, marketplace, social platform messaging, telephone, emails and in person.
• Confirm product order details made online and update stock & delivery schedule to customer.
• Liaise with freight forwarder and factories on stock fulfilment.
• Manage and track daily delivery progress, providing scheduled updates on delivery status & replan when delay occurs to customers.
• Follow up with proper closure for existing customers on their delivery and warranty issues.
• Work closely with warehouse on stock fulfilment and inventory related issues.
• Work with sales to improve nett sales.
• Document product issues for claim/re-order to supplier.
• Document customer interactions in key notes history for weekly meeting to improve value and service to customers.
• Actively request customers for good reviews.
• Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance of situation.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
• Able to recommend alternative products or compromise to resolve sales cancellation.
• Ability to independently negotiate repair/replace products or reduce /refund sales.
• Identify and escalate issues to Manager only when exceed set parameters, escalation of issue will be the key KPI to appraise work performance.
• Participate in ad hoc duties being assigned by managers.

Job Requirements:

• Basic understanding of lemon law, consumer rights and customer service practices.
• With working experience in customer dispute resolution or experience in similar industry (furniture)

Description

You will join our front-of-house team, ensuring our international school partner’s students, staff and parents are served promptly and with great customer service.

You will work together with your teammates to set up attractive counter displays, and clean at the end of every day’s service.

Key Tasks

1. Operate the easy-to-use POS system (no cash handling is required; all students have their own payment card)
2. Clean/sanitise work stations, ensuring that utensils and serving ware are cleaned/ sanitised and ready for use
3. Ensure that stock is replenished where required (e.g. drinks, snacks)
4. Assist with basic food preparation and packaging where required
5. Assist with event service where required on the school campus, for example meeting room snacks, or event buffets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in catering, quick service or cafeteria operations

As a Bloomberg Customer Support professional, you have two critical focus areas: to provide excellent customer service to a broad range of clients, and ensure fast and effective management of various client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.

You will be responsible for the installation and setup of Bloomberg software, license, and logins, configuration of proprietary hardware (such as biometric authentication device and keyboards), and other technical & login support for our mobile and desktop applications, over the phone, email and via Bloomberg Instant Messaging. We also conduct proactive outreach to clients for licenses, hardware, and software setups, to ensure our clients are able to access our products promptly, seamlessly and securely. You will also be collaborating with internal teams at different levels and across regions to resolve complex issues while maintaining effective communication and ensuring consistent adherence to company standard.

Secondly, you will connect with our clients, including CEOs and executive managers with access to proprietary data and information, and provide them with technical training on the Bloomberg Terminal, as well as connect them to various internal teams depending on the Bloomberg products and platforms they subscribe to. • Assist Sales Managers with local and export documentation and delivery arrangements.
• Handle inquiries for export sales.
