Manage Relationship with business on Run service

• In charge of Run activities for applications or services and conduct business review with business representatives
• Manage escalation from business teams and ensure business continuity and follow till closure
• Manage dependencies and trigger hierarchical escalation protocol as needed ("pending by user, awaiting vendor status" tickets etc.)
• Own critical outbound communications from IT with business
• Conduct or collaborate with BRM for demand management for minor evolutions in alignment with build teams

Monitor and control service delivery

• Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
• Review ticket backlog (especially aging tickets) on regular basis and prioritize as per SLA commitments when applicable
• Track, analyze and report metrics (SLA and KPI) and take corrective actions as needed for service excellence
• Work with Application management service partner to generate actionable insights to improve system availability and performance
• Ensure Knowledge Mgmt. and build to run practices are followed and regularly conduct audits
• Recommend, monitor, and ensure continuous improvement activities are delivered by AMS teams
• Increase the ITIL compliance for all services delivered by teams (incident, problem, change.)
• Review global process KPIs using power BI dashboard for process excellence and draft process improvement suggestions

The role:

This role not only governs operation vendors to provide daily IT operation support to business users but also requires very hands-on work resolving and preparing incident reports for critical/P1 incidents. It always acts as the SPOC(Single Point of Contact) from the Zone IT Operation team to manage business requirements and expectations for IT Support.

This role needs to work closely with the project team during the new project transition, including optimizing the handover process, redefining the knowledge-sharing checklist, and reviewing and sharing critical incidents post-go-live or under the AMS operation scope.

This role will also need to work closely with the non-digital domain IT SDMs to provide one IT operation support, including but not limited to Infrastructure, Security, Network, and Integration, as well as local digital IT counterparts, Global IT and CDMO, and platform support teams.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Take the responsibility for all incidents and service requests backlog management post project go-live.
• Ensure all projects well handed over from delivery to operation vendor with the right governance from Zone IT.
• Set up from scratch or optmize exiting process to govern operation vendors provide IT support within aligned SLA per SOW.
• Proactive to drive or initial discussion with internal or external teams to align cross domain support process.
• Responsible for providing consistent monthly/quartly IT operation report to local team and share through IT webinar or email notification.

• Account Request management including creation/modification/deactivation and audit support.
• Make sure in-scope applications/websites stability and availability, and improve user satisfaction on the IT operation we provided.
• Follow global standard ITSM policy and streamline to NA&SAPMENA zone, such as move ITSM tool from Jira to SNOW for all in-scope digital applications.

Profile & Position Requirements :

• At least 5 years Online or Offline IT operation experience in multicultural company, preferably with the knowledge of Anchanto, Salesforce, GCP, Tealium platforms support.
• With the mindset of continuous improvement from process governance perspective for leading operation vendors provide contingency IT support.
• Good communication skill in managing key business stakeholders requirements and expectation, and work closely with the other internal/external teams.
• Good time management skill to handle multiple tasks in an aglitiy way.
• Ability to govern operation vendors to manage the high tickets backlog and address high priority tickets.
• Proactive and self-motivated person, a good team player.
• ITIL certification and PMP certification is preferred.

• Fix equipment and carry out maintenance works at customers' premises
• Liaise with the customers and sub-contractors to facilitate the maintenance

Role Description
We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic experienced Sales professional with knowledge of technology and proven B2C and/or B2B sales and account management experience! You will be selling our Service Cloud, AI and Agentforce products across a regionally aligned portfolio of accounts. As a Sales Account Executive, you will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and carry quota for the product sales to develop business opportunities and revenue growth:

Our Cloud Specialist Sales team is growing, and we have newly created role based in ASEAN, looking after a range of Enterprise and Commercial customers. We are looking for Cloud Account Executives (sellers) who are passionate about and want to get involved in the power that AI and Agentforce will bring to our Service Cloud offering. As a Service Cloud Account Executive, you will leverage the untapped potential of Service Cloud by partnering with existing account owners (Core Account Executives) and be responsible for achieving a dedicated quota for Service Cloud product sales.

You will formulate and implement a strategic sales approach within an assigned region, driving revenue growth by penetrating the existing customer base and developing new opportunities, positioning the incredible value of key Service Cloud solutions. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for the Services industry, you will work closely with customers to deeply understand their unique challenges and goals, identify opportunities where our Service Cloud solution can help them achieve their business objectives, and blaze new trails within their organizations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement successful campaigns across the Service Cloud Field Service, Digital Engagement & install base, prospects, and whitespace.
Personally build new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others in thoroughly qualifying leads and sales opportunities.
Leverage business from new and established relationships.
Strategize, negotiate, and close business deals.
Understand the commercial aspects of the Service Cloud solution.
Exceed an annual sales quota by running a full sales cycle to address client problems and transform their business related to their contact center needs.
Enable and educate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek Service Cloud opportunities.
Be customer-facing as required.

Requirements:

• Achiever - proven success achieving set sales targets and familiar with complex deal cycles. Strong sales discipline and tenacity, able to see a path forward despite challenges.
• Passion for Services - experience selling similar solution stacks, or management positions in the customer service industry, or a subject matter expert
• Strategist - Able to develop and execute strategies, bringing everyone along on the journey. We need you to amplify the Service Cloud message across internal and external stakeholders
• Value selling - demonstrated experience in uncovering customer needs, curious and always asking "why" to unlock how Service Cloud can add value to the customer
• Team seller - collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive the best outcomes for the customer and Salesforce, negotiating & influencing outcomes
• Trusted partner - Passion for working with customers and guiding them on the Salesforce Customer Journey.
• Multi-tasker - able to multi-task & organise time effectively to manage multiple deals simultaneously

- To implement and execute Shut down maintenance at factories or Chemical plants where supplied our equipment’s.
- CNC machine Installation and Job trails in the region.
- Documentation (Service report, Machine registration, filing and record).
- Sales support for company machineries.
- Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
- Built and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

-Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Process valid Class 3 driving license will be a plus
- Experience in servicing machineries filed

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
