Responsibilities:

• Technical support: Be the first point of contact for application incidents and requests raised by clients in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Issue Management: Able to perform Incident and Problem management, troubleshoot and triage in support of the SaaS application in respect to the SLA.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with a strong background in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and enhance IT service delivery. The candidate should also have past experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Implement and promote the CSDM framework to standardize and enhance service management practices.
