Duties and Responsibilities
A) Primary
(1) Seek to maximize customer satisfaction in areas with potential and existing customers.
(2) Establish and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers.
(3) Monitor sales targets and payment collection.
(4) Handle customer complaints.
(5) Assist in collection of overdue invoices.
(6) To assist in new products requirement, sample control and sales tracker.
(7) To assist in marketing and sales support.
(8) To support local sales, WIP and other Business Units.
(9) Liaise with customers directly for delivery & information.
(10) Ensure all orders are processed promptly and telephone orders are handled efficiently with use of good telephone techniques, customer service, speed and accuracy.
(11) Manage enquiries and after-sales comments from customers and effectively manage them internally.
(12) To responsible for customer demand planning and finished goods management/tracking.
B) Secondary
(1) Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
(1) Minimum “O” level.
Experience/Skills Required :
(1) Well versed in PC software.
(2) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
(3) Minimum 1~2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
