• Scheduling of jobs for drivers and manage drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Point of liaison for drivers and customers / site supervisors
• Taking of clients orders and dispatching / coordinating of jobs
• Handle & manage chinese and english speaking clients as well as logistics teams queries and expections
• Maintain good service and communication with customers
• Attend to customer quiries as the first point of contact via different channels such as phone calls, e-mails, sms and whatsapp
• Record all important customer queries for appropriate post-action review
• Provide administrative support and assist in other assigned ad-hoc matters when necessary
• Team Player and willing to learn attitude
• Able to communicate with Chinese & English Speaking Clients
• Able to handle stress and work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Good in multi tasking.
• Able to work shift work, weekends and public Holiday.
• Willing to travel to Tuas for work

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need

Responsibilities:

• Transport waste materials
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical/safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Document and log work
• Report defects, accidents or violations

Requirements:

• Have experience as Truck Driver
• Minimum Class 4 driving licence
• No recent driving violations
• 6 days work week
