Role Description

This position is responsible for handling all customers’ requests – call-in, walk-in, breakdown recovery and enquiries to deliver prompt and highest level of 7 customer commitments and satisfaction.

Responsibilites

Service Advisor:

• Assist to prepare extended quotations
• Responsible to take in vehicle while other service advisors are busy, to understand current vehicle situation from driver)
• Provide updates to customer regarding vehicle status inside various group chats
• Responsible to open recovery Work-order for Service contract or internal billing
• Responsible to open new trucks work-order and billing as per Sales Team request

Service Planning:

• Prepare service planning and communicated to respective customers
• Sending reminders to ensure the planning is adhered as per schedule
• Provide update to member on workshop performance achievement
• Fully accountable for pre-planned activities to ensure workshop & service bookings are filled
• Maintain consistent communications with customers to minimize missed service booking
• Fully responsible for VOSP updating to ensure 100% conversion within Planner / VOSP / LDS
• Ensure proper and timely update of customers’ details within the system for seamless flow of information between systems
• Ensure 100% conversion of service bookings intake / day & follow-up promptly with no-shows
• Check and ensure all proper documentation
• Attend to customers and vendors query for any dispute/discrepancies arise
• Prepare PO to suppliers / contractors
• Ensure 3 ways matching (Purchase Order vs Delivery Order if applicable vs Invoice) on dates, completeness and accuracy prior to submission to Business Control department

Other administrative duties:

• Track and monitor vendor invoices are received timely and in complete order. This is to avoid any further payment delay beyond agreed credit term
• Closely monitor and follow up debtors and liaise with relevant parties to ensure prompt payment and healthy debtors for the service department

Mechanics maintainand repair machines, heavy equipment, cranes,and sub-assemblies in the workshop.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights when required.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions for outdoor jobs.
• Commissioning, start-up, and testing of mechanical, hydraulic, control system and electric integration system on newly build vessel.
• Recommendation of Spare Parts or solutions to customer during Repair or Troubleshoots Works.
• Constant monitoring of the progress and quality on the works carried out and coordinate with customer and shipyard on site during Repair and Commissioning Job.
• Ensure our Equipment’s perform as per requirement and satisfaction of Customer.

Work Environment:

• The role requires travel to client sites for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Work hours may vary based on project deadlines or emergency service calls.

Responsibilities:

• Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, repair quotation and vehicle history files.
• Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop.
• Attend phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address any customer concern.
• Conduct transactions with system; walk customer through correction(s) and provide summary.
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines, and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
• Parts ordering and inventory.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.

Requirement:

• 2 years of experience working in an automotive related industry preferred.
• Possess a Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Strong team player & problem solver.

Working Hours: 5.5 days week
