You will proactively promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, and onboard them into nationwide healthcare initiatives (e.g. Healthier SG) to promote self-care. This involves liaising with partnered vendors, planning for logistics and schedules to carry out the programmes.

Additionally, you will be involved in daily clinic operations’ activities. Your main responsibilities will be to help patients navigate through the polyclinic through registration, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, processing referrals, and handling payments. You will be the first point of contact for patients to answer their general questions, perform initial health screening activities such as height and weight measurements, and administering blood pressure checks, and making outgoing calls to patients to address any urgent requests they have. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the clinic as needed.

Job Responsibility

• Provide support to incoming sales from generating quotation/ order to delivery order/invoices.

Position Overview: Customer Success Engineer provides technical support and ensures the success of our client's post-implementation. He/she is to be highly knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of Tunity’s product architecture, showcasing individual expertise in software and adept knowledge of its integration with hardware. Acting as the technical contact point for our clients, he/she ensures a seamless and cohesive experience of service support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Tunity's products, from software to hardware, to provide comprehensive support across our product and solution suite.

• Software Support: Provide expert software support, resolving issues swiftly at the root cause to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Maintenance Management: Implement and manage software maintenance processes, actively monitoring and analysing activities to identify improvement areas, and managing preventative maintenance schedules.

• Solution Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance of software and platform solutions, ensuring they are current, optimized, and operating effectively within the client's infrastructure.

• Hardware Liaison: Collaborate closely with the hardware team, addressing hardware-related concerns, and providing timely resolutions to clients.

• Client Communication: Work in tandem with Customer Success Specialists in client engagements and communications, such as guiding clients on resolution processes, conducting training, participating in and contributing to client meetings, etc.

• Documentation and Analysis: Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct regular system performance and cost analysis, and prepare reports that inform strategic decisions.

• Technical Assessments and Implementation: Lead in-depth technical reviews and strategically recommend solutions to address client change requests, ensuring optimal outcomes and seamless integration of modifications. Implement and perform coding of the approved solution.

Qualifications:

· Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or a related field.

· At least 3 years of professional experience as a developer

· Proficiency in back-end development using Entity Framework, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MS SQL, and RESTful Web API.

· Proficiency in front-end development using Angular 2+.

· Solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

· Knowledge of Single sign-on (SSO) (e.g Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM) via SAML/OAuth is a plus.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Job Description – Service Engineer (Maintenance Lead)

We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service Engineer shall report to and under the supervisory of the Maintenance Manager (Reporting Officer (RO)). Hiring shall be 1 year services contract via agent arrangement with option to extend or convert to direct outsource or permanent hiring.

Responsibilities

· Assist the RO in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks and devise maintenance schedule and resources planning and deployment.

· Provide solution guidance to the Service Technicians and generation of maintenance documentation such as PM & CM report to RO for review and final release to customer.

· Provide CM on faults to establish root cause on an ad-hoc basis including I-level & D-level testing and troubleshooting on equipment

· Plan and perform PM to system equipment at scheduled/ periodic basis including O-level testing and sensors calibration to ensure optimal operational performance

· Collaborate with OEM to establish root cause of fault findings and D-level components repair

· Supervise sub-contractor performing maintenance at site

· Convey updates to RO and customer on maintenance progress.

· Review with RO on maintenance processes and resources etc for maintenance process improvement.

Requirements

· Holding recognised Professional Certificate minimum with Higher Nitec/Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical /Mechatronics/ Aerospace Engineering or equivalent from recognised institution or at least 5-yearsworking experiences in above mentioned engineering fields.

· Advantage if have the knowledge and experience working with sensor, control, automation, and Information Technology (IT) system troubleshooting

· Resourcefulness and logical in problem-solving aptitude.

· Able to travel and work under non-conducive environment including site located at offshore island, buoys and in high security areas such as military base, and airport etc

· Ability to lead and manage a team, and to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Ability to conduct risk assessment and provide advisory to the team member and RO.

· Preferably holding a Class 3 driving license and familiar with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).

· Ability to converse well in English language and technically.
