As Technical Sales Representative (TSR), you are the face of our company and our brand. Typically the TSR is the first line of communications with the customer, maintaining excellence in customer service. Roles and Responsibilities
- The customer service representative is to meet the expectations of the customers so that they are satisfied with the outcome. These services are also available to understand the queries of the customers after purchasing any product from the company.
- Ensure the inventory is processed, organized, and stored. They are usually responsible for receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse
The warehouse assistant will also pack and prepare orders for delivery.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Handling Enquiry/Quotation/Order from customer
- Ensure that items are delivered to customer according to promised date
- Print necessary documents & arrange for delivery to customers
- Load/Unload inventory from trucks
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
- Check incoming items and ensure quality & quantity
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Stack and organize large bulk items
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Package items and label correctly
- Process inventory for delivery
Ensure stock accuracy (between physical availability & system)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or High school qualification or equivalent
- Able to work independently
- Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
- Customer Care/Service: Responds to standard requests from internal/external customers; performs necessary duties consistently and reliably to meet customer expectations.
- Identifying and Anticipating Customer Needs: Asks the right questions and listens directly to customers to gain an understanding of their needs; accurately identifies and defines customers’ needs or issues.
