The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

Other Information:

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations Bi Weekly)
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,700
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Contract until Jan 2029
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

As a Care Associate, you will be part of an integrated care team that delivers a person-centered care model for our seniors, including persons with dementia. You will need to:

• Perform activities for daily living (ADLs), including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, diaper changing, and feeding
• Monitor seniors' medical and health conditions
• Facilitate small group activities and exercises catered to the seniors' interests
• Engage seniors, including those with dementia, in meaningful and stimulating activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the centres
• Escort and assist seniors during transportation to and from the care centre ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• GCE N' or O' Level
• PSLE education certification would require an additional International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certification
• Certificate/ training in healthcare or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Perform corrective maintenance works for Card Access System, CCTV System, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers and Integrated Security Systems.
• Ensure that deployed system functionalities are in working condition.
• Provide onsite support for integrated security systems
• Perform routine maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.

• Monitor spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system.

Requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years working experience in maintenance for security systems and servers
• Min. NITEC in Building Maintenance / Engineering fields
• Proficient in troubleshooting for CCTV, Door Access and Alarm systems
• Have performed 24/7 standby work before
