Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Strong communication skills
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.

• Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals.
