Overview of role:

The service manager is a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly. The service manager is required to have IT experience and broad knowledge across infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies. He/she shall be the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while bearing overall responsibility for the project financial health and lead the project from commencement to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned projects are initiated and executed with proper handover/takeover
• Ensure all necessary project purchases are planned and executed
• Ensure all project billing and invoices are issued timely
• Establish and prepare maintenance agreements and plans to deliver contractual obligations to clients such as preventive maintenance plans and monthly report.
• Track and manage the all maintenance contracts and provide quality support to clients
• Provide regular project progress updates to project stakeholders, customers and internal management team
• Manage the scope definition and change control mechanism when dealing with scope creep
• Escalate and discuss project overrun issues, scope creep, integration issues, resource requirements with Organisation's management team
• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure all incidents are closed timely within the contractual service level agreement (SLA)
• Able to work with sales and operations team to identify inventory end-of-life support, pain points encountered and discuss suitable alternatives with clients
• Ensure respective vendors support and the Organisation's operations team is ready to support new contracts
• Provide concise and professional communications with customers on issues encountered
• Update monthly projects financial forecasts and improve project margins where possible to meet financial KPIs
• Adhere to best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project duration

Our Requirements:

• Min IT Dip /Degree
• 3-5yrs IT Project Management or IT Service Delivery work experience
• Able to communicate effectively in both English & Mandarin to key stakeholders in projects
• Immediate availability or short notice will be at an advantage
• Incumbent will be subject to standard Gov OSA submission and standard project clearance.
• Possessed PMP or ITIL Service Management is a Plus Point

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales management

• Lead the team in building sales and maximise profitability by effective cost control to meet desired business results.
• Analyse and evaluate sales trend and trading area.
• Guide service crew to use various selling techniques to recommend and suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.

Operations

• Operationally equipped to manage all service sections within the restaurant and its related functions.
• Lead in the efficient running and daily operations of the restaurant, in accordance to the company’s standards.
• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of A&P programs and new products.
• Evaluate and improve on operations and procedures.
• Manage food cost, food wastage, inventory control.
• Manage and maintain hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness.

Staff management

• Lead in staff recruitment and people development through training and staff retention.
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and train staff in delivering excellent customer service quality and standards.
• Responsible for staff performance and discipline; monitor staff performance and conduct performance evaluation.

Service

• Ensure good customer service standard; To provide customer satisfaction and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Attend to customers on food and beverages queries and complaints; resolving issues when required.
• Manage and handle customer feedback and complaints in an appropriate and timely manner, aligned with company’s standards.

Other related duties

• Maintain proper administration and filing of restaurant certifications and other relevant documents
• Timely submission of reports and schedules to Area Manager
• To attend all meetings and training programs when required
• To perform other duties as required or assigned

You will assist to oversee frontline operations of the specialist outpatient clinics (SOC). You are required to lead and guide a team in providing patient services, be the point of contact for other informatic teams (e.g., medical, nursing, allied health, etc.) to work out system interface requirements and implementation of SOC projects. You will coordinate training activities and collaborate with other departments and institutions relating to SOC projects and conduct quality assurance checks of data.

You will manage, plan and evaluate budgets and purchases of IT assets in the SOC. You are also required to analyse data, as well as plan and allocate resources to optimise the delivery of healthcare services. Lastly, you will prepare statistics for fact-based benchmarking and process mapping for management reporting.

Requirements

• Recognised degree with at least 2 years’ working experience in healthcare
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, with analytical ability to manage complex issues and process information with detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively, individually and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Work and Powerpoint is a must

Customer Experience Specialist/ Customer Service (Consumer Electronics - Home Appliances)

• Handle and resolve all customer queries
• All customer service request and any follow-up interaction is logged into CRM accurately and timely.
• Assist in processing and invoicing
• Preparation and generation of weekly customer service report
• Perform other assigned duties and/or project work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
• Possess good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• On-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in role requirements.

Location: Company transport from Queentown MRT/ Walking distance from Labordor MRT
