Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Call Centre Agent located in Sims Ln. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound collection calls within a call center environment, where you’ll clearly communicate and explain payment breakdowns to customers. Key responsibilities include following up on overdue accounts to meet collection targets on behalf of clients from banks, telecom service providers, and commercial clients. Additionally, the role requires negotiating repayment amounts and payment schedules with customers, enhancing overall collection efficiency, and reducing delinquency rates. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the team and achieve collection goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / ‘A’ / 'O’/ Nitec
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls), customer service or debt collection (in a call center environment)

What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. You will play a role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of systems to enhance service quality and improve customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, overseeing project progress and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear business requirements and ensure smooth integration of systems.
• Participate in testing to ensure system readiness and alignment with standards, and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project blockers in collaboration with IT colleagues and vendors.
• Harmonise business processes to accommodate changes from the new system.
