Responsibilities
• Supervise sales team to ensure professional and timely responses to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Attend to customers’ travel enquiries and requests through phone calls, emails, or walk-in.
• Assist in resolving booking issues or conflicts with suppliers and partners.
• Collaborate with management to improve customer service policies and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify areas for improvement in customer service operations.
• Provide information on travel visa application and insurance.
• Follow up and service customers’ enquiries or bookings, before and after-sales
• Experienced in selling free & easy tour packages and able to meet and achieve sales target.
• Help customer service managers in any logistic arrangement.
Requirements
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Must be able to work on shift, weekends and Public holidays
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the travel industry and booking systems.
