• 44hrs work per week. 5 days work week
• Work 4 weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm and 1-weekend from: 8:30am to 6:30pm
• Based in North Woodlands, candidates need to be comfortable to be assigned to or travel to other centers based on operational needs.

• Welcome and assist guests upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Efficiently manage and organize customer queues to enhance the dining experience.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order processing, serving customers, and maintaining table cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.

• Daily Operations: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, order processing, table setup, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Cashiering: Efficiently handle basic cashiering tasks.
• Service Standards: Uphold service standards set by the Food and Beverage department.
• Guest Relations: Address guest complaints effectively and escalate issues to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
• Post-service Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards within the designated section after service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with stewards, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
