Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure system stability and performance for trading platforms.
• Resolve technical incidents, document solutions, and coordinate with global teams for advanced issues.
• Manage configurations such as access, order routing, limits, and broker connections.

Requirements

Job Description

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Logging and tracking customer issues and requests to ensure prompt resolution and problem solving.
• Handle order administrations, process customers' orders to support our Sales Manager/Executive.
