This role reports to the General Manager of the Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process requirements for the department
· Update data entries in Business Central and ensure accurate records
· Prepare quotations, sales orders to submit on behalf of the department
· Verify invoice and tally against purchase order and delivery order for management’s approval before submitting invoices for payment
· Provide support for customer service, follow up on delivery schedule and update customers in a timely manner
· Compile monthly service reports
· General administrative duties to support the Service Department
Requirements:
· Minimum O or N Levels equivalent qualification
· Minimum 2-3 years of administrative / purchasing experience in the engineering, construction or audio-visual/IT industry will be an advantage. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
· Experience with ERP system preferred, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Willing to learn, organised and meticulous with data entry and has the ability to meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:

- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM
