• Understanding of updating the ticket details and managing the requests through a TMS ticketing system (similar to Jira or solaris service desk)

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT support. Supply Chain Management or transport management system is plus
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant filed.
• Proven experience working with a Transportation Management System (TMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a small team of Service Engineers in the provisioin of comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry;
• Provide technical consultation to customers;
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
• Possess people management and technical experience in similar industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Charismatic leader with ability to work independently and as a team player;
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
