Job scope:

• To teach Primary and Secondary Chinese and Higher Chinese students
• Adhere to SOW and lesson plans and make amendments when required
• May participate in curriculum development to enhance student learning
• 5 days work week including 3 weekdays and 2 weekends, total up to 44 hours per week
• On job training will be provided

Requirements

• Passionate in Chinese teaching and enjoys interacting with children and teenagers
• Strong in Hanyu Pinyin and has adequate Chinese pronunciation
• Patient and pays attention to details
• Organised in lesson preparation
• Familiar with local PSLE and O level syllabus
• Diploma, degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Salary will be commensurated to relevant industry experience and work performance

• Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Science Workbook Author to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating science workbooks that will serve as vital learning tools for students at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write science workbooks covering topics suitable for local and international school curricula for Sec 3 / Sec 4 students.
• Create clear, accurate, and age-appropriate science problems and solutions.
• Collaborate with our educational team to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
• Incorporate feedback from educators and students to refine workbook content.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational content creation, particularly in science is preferred.
• Strong understanding of math concepts.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Teaching and educating students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to your care by the Head of department
• Assigning work to and correcting work carried out by the students
• Assessing, recording and reporting the progress, attainment and behaviour of students in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Customer Experience Officers to achieve KPI
• Respond to survey enquiries via inbound calls and emails
• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls
• Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey
• Organize workflow and ensure that officers understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Set goals for KPI and deadlines in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project’s success
• Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
• Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
• Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI
• Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement
• Monitor and provide project status report to manager
• Ensure officers understand the survey objectives
• Ensure officers compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Ensure officers conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• Have an excellent communication skills | Microsoft Excel | Travel in Singapore 30%
• At least 2 years of working experience as Supervisor in Call Center environment.

• Support sales team on daily administration.
• Handle email/phone enquiries.
• Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.
• Update and monitor daily the Sales data system to support the Sales team forecast exercises.
• Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for client’s order, account statuses and other relevant problems.
• Coordination of shipping schedule.
• Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc.).
• Follow up with clients on the phone for administrative purposes.

Job Requirements:

• ‘O’ level with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
