Key Responsibilities:

Admin Executive - Programme Management Support will provide programme support for digital initiatives in the following areas:

Support the product development, test product features to ensure functionality, usability, and quality assurance of the digital programme (During development)

• Coordinate user acceptance tests (UATs) and sanity checks
• Support in technical assistance/troubleshooting
• Coordinate with usability testing/ focus group or survey to gather insights from participants of digital programme
• Observe on-ground programmes to gather insights on the use of existing digital tools

Monitor and evaluate participants’ progress through the digital programme (During Rollout)

• Keep track and update all data promptly and accurately on specified excel files.
• Perform simple analytics to monitor the programme’s success, e.g. number of sign up, and active users etc
• Support in interviewing/surveying participants to gather insights to iterate and improve the digital programme

Customer Care

• Enhance customer care by updating the FAQs for call centre, analysing and troubleshooting common issues to ensure a smooth user experience
• Respond, monitor, follow up on customer queries
• Analyse customer care aggregated data and flag out common issues faced by customers

Content & Product development and App Releases

• Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders for content development
• Carry out content clearance process with Subject Matters Experts (SMEs) and facilitate transferring of files/inputs and simplify user interface and user experience.
• Summarise changes in App versions

Conduct checks for accuracy for programme’s reports

• Monitor and extract programme operation data from various dashboard platforms
• Conduct checks to ensure accuracy of reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Update financial reconciliation report

General administration support

• Schedule meeting, collate agenda and take minutes of the meeting
• Vet and upload content
• Provide administrative support for the workshops

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree holder, preferably in IT-related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in project management
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Document, Power Point, One Note)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel tools, e.g. V look-up, Pivot Table and etc
• Meticulous with good attention to details
• Able to work independently and be proactive

Job Description

• Handle all walk-ins, phone and online enquiries in a professional and customer-oriented manner

• Handle registration, student movements (transfers / withdrawals) and payment collection in accordance with the centre's SOPs

• Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner

• Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints

• Escalate unresolved customers' feedbacks and grievances promptly to the Centre Manager or Management

• Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required

• Maintain a strong communication link between teachers and parents to ensure a seamless client experience

• Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned
