Opportunity Overview

• Resolve escalated customer support cases by collaborating with regional support engineers, MiR R&D and external partners.
• Establish a close collaboration with the call center team based in Cebu, Philippines. Ensuring their competencies are improved over time and as new MiR products are released.
• Review open support cases and distribute them in the global support team
• Resolve cases according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Review and approve hardware return and replacement requests (RMA)
• Escalate any new observations to closest manager according to SOP.
• Escalate new product issues and feature requests.

We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated Research Fellow to work with a team of researchers in the area of cancer therapy for advanced metastatic cancers. Interested applicants should have an extensive molecular biology experience to uncover the MOA/structure of our therapeutic using cellular signaling, cell biology or protein structure approaches and possess the desire to translate basic science to make a clinical impact. Previous work with genomic / CRISPR / proteomic screens (or similar) to understand the molecular biology of key oncogenic drivers will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Establish bioassays for in-house screening pipelines to develop new therapeutics.

- Design complex experiments required for the projects.

- Drive and provide directions of ongoing projects.
