Responsibilities

· Handle incidents and service requests raised via helpdesk and call center.

· Receive and prioritize emails based on urgency; reallocate within support teams and help in recovery actions to meet the TRO.

· Monitor the incoming demand through ISM tool and ensure right assignments on time.

· Perform scheduled tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA) referring to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Manage service requests recording for monthly management reporting.

· Follow SOP to identify potential issues and escalate to the shift lead for critical incidents or eMails.

We are the TikTok R&D team responsible for the construction of TikTok's global Customer Service Platform, which includes various services for both B-end and C-end. Purpose: The role is responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes. • Strong knowledge and practices in 8D, SPC, FMEA, 6-sigma methodology (Certified Black/Green Belt), and change management
• Good understanding of first-article inspection requirements and expectations
• Excellent leadership and effective communicator with all levels of associates and management
• Experienced in Minitab is an advantage

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the .NET, sharepoint & CRM application support and maintenance, with code fixing, enhancement and development.

• Responsible in end-to-end production support that includes managing incidents, service level, problems and releases.

• Responsible in performing application environment setup, installation, software upgrades and deployments.

• Involved in requirement and functional discussions, and assisting the business owners in formulating the requirement
