Responsibilities:

● You will build strong executive and business user relationships with Helpshift’s customers.

● You will communicate your technical knowledge of Helpshift’s platform educating clients on best practices regarding SDK configurations and internal Dashboard setup.

● You will advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally, and manage issue escalation to the development team as needed.

● You will manage several projects and customers at one time, responding as needed to high priority client inquiries throughout the day, evening, and weekend when necessary.

Requirements:

● You have 3+ years experience helping Enterprise and Mid-Market customers reach their goals, while surpassing your teams’ measures of success in the process

● You adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and deadline-driven environments where flexibility and teamwork are critical

● You’re able to navigate an Enterprise organization’s political landscape to develop and expand relationships at all levels while driving large-scale, highly-visible, strategic initiatives for customers

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate daily calendars, schedule and prioritizing appointments and meetings for PMO, including but not limited to taking minutes of meeting and action items.

• Prepare and process all expense claims accurately and timely submission for PMO division head and HODs (e.g. medical claims, offsite meeting, business travel and entertainment expenses).
• Inventory management of supplies for PMO and project sites (e.g. PPE, office stationery, copier papers, print cartridges, pantry supplies).
• Manage and supervise on PMO office maintenance, repairs, or replacement such as office equipment and appliances.
• Manage and co-ordinate with training centres / seminars for PMO staff enrolment.
• Manage and co-ordinate on visitors / vendors / contractors entry permits application to Jurong Island and security clearance to affiliated plants.
• Assist in PMO on team building events and new staff onboarding.
• Expatriate / Re-patriate of PMO staffs, including relocation arrangement and family needs such as school admissions.
• Raise purchase requisitions (PR) on a timely basis and process invoicing via SAP on the office/ division’s purchases.
• Any other necessary duty as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma with minimum 8 years’ experience as an Office Administrator or Office Manager.
• Competent with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
