What you'll be doing

• Oversee the team including managing of staff administrative matters such as staff's attendance, discipline and arranging of covering staff
• Providing comprehensive office management support to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as managing stationery and office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meeting room bookings
• Assisting with event and client visit coordination, including catering, logistics and hospitality
• Responding to inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

Job Description

As a POS Support Technician you will work as a member of a technical support team and will

report directly to the Support Manager. You will be required to assemble and configure POS

hardware. You will provide both on and off-site support, telephone support, and remote access

assigned tasks effectively, working together with others as a cohesive team, communicate and
