• Experience in web development markup languages (HTML/XML) and stylesheet languages (CSS/XSL)
• Experience using SQL server including design and development of tables, functions, stored procedures, views, indexes, etc.
• Proficient with Visual Studio
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bonus: Demonstrates knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 and/or earlier versions), Microsoft Powerapp

Working Hours: 6days/week

Working Location: Bedok, Punggol, Stadium, Kallang and Orchard.

Job Description:

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages.
• Preparing and display food items.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Ensuring work station and area are kept clean at all times.
• Review daily specials, changes on the menu.
• Provide excellent service to guests.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Support contract department teams with administrative support

- Communicate with office team members to convey any pertinent information

- Processes new project tender documents to update and maintain files and records

- Correspond to emails and attending to phone calls queries and provide needed information

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, etc.

- Manage housekeeping of all internal office matters and administrative works

- Sort and distribute mail and courier

- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma in the fields of Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

· High motivated, eager to learn and keen desire to contribute

· Preferable relevant construction - contract department's admin working experience

· Certified and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
