They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as an experienced Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to be part of their regional team based in Singapore.

He/she will be part of the Asia Strategy team and a Subject Matter Expert in terms of ensuring effective strategic customer relationship management and optimal supplier management standards, to ensure workable logistics strategies for a highly scalable business growth to support the business’s strategic plans ahead.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Cost & Contracts Lead, this position will be focusing on the below:

• Measure and value work in progress, determine the value of variations ordered by the architect or engineer and ensure that a fair and equitable settlement of the cost of the project is reached in accordance with the contract conditions.
• Active involvement in terms of regular performance reviews with assigned Project Teams, including that of aligning critical Project Construction Costs & Budgeting, including that of deep diving into Value Engineering for Procurement Cost Related Risks.
• Lead both post and pre contracts management, including that of cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved where necessary.
• Identify opportunities to further improve the operational competency specific to efficient manner of safekeeping/ archival of important Contracts and Technical Specifications to ensure up-to-date methodology in place.

Requirements:

Singapore • Permanent

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Quantity Surveying in a complex Building & Infrastructure Management environment
• Proven track record in strategic Quantity Survery and Contracts Operations management skills, with acquired solution-oriented mind set
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements to important senior stakeholders
• Good change management skills to identify and streamline existing operational processes in line with business growth and strategic contracts negotiations
• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred

Roles and Responsibilities
You will provide high quality medication packing, including multi-dose medication packaging services and assist the executives in ensuring smooth daily operation in the Pharmacy Services Centre.

Duties:

• Ensure accurate reading and interpretation of prescription
• Ensure accurate processing of prescriptions - checking on validity, keying, packing and labelling
• Ensure the medication packed for the respective Intermediate, Long-term Care (ILTC) facility is sorted out accurately.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at the work area and storerooms
• Maintain proper records of the prescription
• Comply with all standard security procedures for the store operations.

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘O’/’N’ level with 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare industry
• Excellent service oriented and has good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Meticulous with eye for details.
• Well-organised and fast worker.
• Good team player and self motivated
