• Commercial contract drafting and terms negotiations.
• Responsible for ensuring that shipments and vessels are executed smoothly according to
  contractual terms.
• Letter of credit issuance, document presentations and negotiations.
• Calculate and monitor demurrage, claims, and other charges to minimize demurrage and settle payment.
• Liaise between traders, operations, and legal dept on contract status, terms and contract issues.
• Liaise with traders on open positions, vessels’ loading, and other issues pertaining to trading
  risks.
• Coordinate vessel execution with supplier/buyer/port operations and supervision
  companies.
• Ensure that contract memos and physical deal recaps are reported accurately and in a timely
  fashion to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and monitor credit limit database for counterparties and apply for credit limits

• Perform daily reconciliation of trades with Market Risk / Middle Office to ensure that physical
  trading positions are represented accurately.
• Ensure that month-end transactions and other internal processes are completed in a timely

Requirements

• Good knowledge of trade finance, UCP600, ISBP.
• Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in trade support function, experience in dry bulk commodities.
• Ability to do multi-task and handle high volume of transactions.
• Attention to detail and ability work within short timeline.

Client Care Management

• Act as the point of contact to interact and gather feedback from residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
• Work towards resolving issues and ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with internal partners within the care home to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to resident care and service delivery.
• Identify and share areas of improvement and provide recommendations.

Training and Activity Management

• Coordinate and deliver in-service talks to residents and staff.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and events for their health well-beings.

Service Quality

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents by conducting regular assessments, audits and surveys.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the quality of services.
• Implement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and improve the overall resident experience.
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
• Ensure that the care home complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Stay abreast with industry standards and best practices to maintain compliance.
• Escalate to HOD or Senior Management Team (SMT) for feedback that warrants immediate attention or has insinuation of escalation to public forum or media.
• Track all visits, feedback, recommendations and report at Vanguard Rehab and Clinical Meeting (VRCM) platform or any other platforms when necessary or required.

Administration

• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, resident feedback, and compliance measures.

Requirements

• Diploma / GCE “A” level / GCE “O” level / GCE “N” level in a relevant discipline
• Possess at least 1 - 2 years working experience in Service Quality function or quality improvement programmes in healthcare or similar setup.
• Those with experience in Nursing Homes and/or long-Term Care Facility would be preferred.
• Ability to interact in at least 2 of the languages/dialects such as Malay, Mandarin or Tamil to communicate with the clients and families.

• Experience in Incident and Problem management.
• Min 4 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications
• Have experience of at least 2 years on Cobol, CICS application support
• At least 2 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments is preferred
• Mmonitoring production system, health check and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning and should be able to identify and fix the bugs.
• Preferably have experience in VPC
• Support infra upgrades and address SW/HW vulnerabilities\
• Perform code packaging end to end until release to Production, the maintaining application is done by the Production team
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting.
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties

   1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
   2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
   3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
   4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.
