• Pick up and log all service desk calls, update ticket status, and resolution steps via ITHUB.
• Handle Service Requests and incident tickets (e.g., File Access, Password Administration, hardware & software installation, network, and telephony connectivity/setup, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem resolution).
• Analyze and resolve incidents, including liaising with vendors providing Level 3 support as required.
• Investigate root cause; test recommended solutions and resolution.
• Document resolution steps.
• Support Microsoft M365 Office, common commercial off-shelf desktop applications, Remote Access, desktop imaging, and new computer/software deployment service requests.

• Prepare, set up, back up, lock, and handle IT equipment, software, data, and accounts related to staff onboarding or departure.
• Clean and tidy equipment.
