Responsibilities:

● You will build strong executive and business user relationships with Helpshift’s customers.

Requirements:

● You have 3+ years experience helping Enterprise and Mid-Market customers reach their goals, while surpassing your teams’ measures of success in the process

● You’re able to navigate an Enterprise organization’s political landscape to develop and expand relationships at all levels while driving large-scale, highly-visible, strategic initiatives for customers

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate daily calendars, schedule and prioritizing appointments and meetings for PMO, including but not limited to taking minutes of meeting and action items.

• Manage and supervise on PMO office maintenance, repairs, or replacement such as office equipment and appliances.
• Manage and co-ordinate with training centres / seminars for PMO staff enrolment.
• Manage and co-ordinate on visitors / vendors / contractors entry permits application to Jurong Island and security clearance to affiliated plants.
• Assist in PMO on team building events and new staff onboarding.
• Expatriate / Re-patriate of PMO staffs, including relocation arrangement and family needs such as school admissions.
• Raise purchase requisitions (PR) on a timely basis and process invoicing via SAP on the office/ division’s purchases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma with minimum 8 years’ experience as an Office Administrator or Office Manager.
