Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution/Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work from an accredited institution
• A strong inclination for research and planning is advantageous.

• Work with users and IT members on a routine basis to troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to application software.
• Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management)
• Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults.
