Role Mission

Reporting to the Senior Customer Engagement Manager, South Asia & Pacific, you will play a key role in the administration and coordination for Brand and Customer Engagement activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate Customer Engagement department orders and shipment arrangement on related tools and giftings needs
• Main support to compile pre/post event summary recapped and initiatives proposals within set deadline.
• Proactive and accurately coordinate, source and compiled Gifting & Activities tools order for South Asia and Pacific region
• Day to day Customer Engagement administrative work
• Execute the distribution of direct mailers materials (physical mailer and in system) and sending out of gifts and collaterals in timely manner (catalogues, profile cards, Thank you cards, Gifting arrangement)
• Tracking and compiling region expenditure
• Freight or logistic tracking and coordination of all brand and customer engagement related orders.
• Update relevant customer engagement calendars including activity, events, festive, giftings, etc.
• Upkeep and compiled finance actualization report timely across South Asia & Pacific
• Support Regional Brand Director and Regional Brand and Customer Engagement department on administration and clerical work
• Support Brand and Customer Engagement activities/event matters and special projects rolled out upon request.
• Support PR on ad-hoc assignment and special projects rolled out when needed. (i.e. support PR team on ad-hoc or special big projects, support sample racks, packing, sample sales, etc)
• Data Quality Management which includes but not limited to Data Cleansing, Data Deduplication, review & comment on periodic data quality reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail Clienteling.
• Strong experience in Luxury Retail particularly understanding of CRM.

• Experienced in delivering SAP managed services engagements to public sector customers in Singapore (particularly SAP ECC 6.0)
  
• Strong understanding of both functional and technical workstreams in SAP ECC implementations
• Excellent understanding of ITSM and SIAM.
• Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of IT service delivery and implement improvements when needed

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, manage P&L, and expand market share in Singapore, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian territories. Lead complex sales cycles in mission-critical sectors, including data centres, government, healthcare, and commercial industries, leveraging expertise in integrated power protection solutions.
• P&L Management: Assume full responsibility for the offices’ P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
• Regional Leadership and Market Development: Lead and oversee sales operations in the Singapore office and manage regional sales activities in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client satisfaction. Guide clients through the complexities of infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for sustainable power protection solutions.
• Team Development and Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing sales team across regional offices to drive productivity, achieve sales goals, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Provide training and development for sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales and financial performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the management. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L accountability to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Expansion and Innovation: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in untapped Southeast Asian markets, developing entry strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
• 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).

Responsibilities

• Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities
• Assist residents with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre and ensure their welfare and safety
• Promote discipline among the residents and be a mentor/role model to them
• Assess, respond and handle crises or conflicts
• Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans by treatment team
• Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents

Requirement

• With experience in working with youth at-risk
• With basic processing and counselling skills
• With knowledge of common issues and disorders that appears in trauma and abuse
• Willing to work on 3-shift rotations and over weekend/Public Holidays
