POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Experience: 7 - 10 years

Proven strong experience in Murex application support, specifically in Murex FO (Trade lifecycle, etradepad, Product control. Pricing, Simulation, PnL Analysis, PLVAR) MLC, Market Risk (market risk limits, P&L vectors, and stress scenarios), Hedge Curves, SIMM

Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex issues within Murex and related environments.

Strong experience supporting a diverse range of financial products, including IR and CR Derivatives, TRS, Equities, Fixed Income, FX products.

Strong understanding of incident management processes, familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) and the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure.

Strong experience with production, test, and development environments, including batch processing and job monitoring.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Murex troubleshooting skills

Trading Systems & Data Integration: Strong experience with event-driven systems (MxML Exchange) for trading, events, and settlements, and integrating standard interfaces and connectors such as Bloomberg, FIX connectivity, MarkitWire. Skilled in real-time market data management using tools like RTBS, MDCS, and Market Data Interface Tools.

Post-Trade Operations: Expertise in post-trade workflows, document management, settlements, collateral management, ensuring efficient trade processing and operational support.

APIs and Reporting: Proficient in using Limit Authorization Service (LAS) API, Flex API for EQD, IRD, and CRD products, and Curve API for yield curve management. Experience in Datamart reporting for data analysis and regulatory reporting.

Unix/Linux Systems: Solid proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, including system navigation, file management, shell scripting, and troubleshooting. Skilled in process management, system monitoring, and log analysis for effective system administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer hangtag approvals according to brand certification and approval guidelines
• Receive and verify online hangtag requests from customers; ensure information provided on the hangtag request is completed
• Follow up with customer (through email) to obtain support documents (Fiber/yarn purchase invoice, fabric purchase invoice etc)
• Validate the fabric yardage against fabric purchase invoice to justify for hangtag quantity
• Validate the proper use of hangtags against the garment destination region and confirm customers for any adjustments

Option#1: Weekends/PHs shift

• Working Hours : 5 working days, 1 rest day and 1 off day per week
• 42.5 hours per week
• Staggered shift hours : 8.5 working hours between 7 am to 10pm + 1-hour meal break in between
• Rest Day and Off Day : Scheduled by Client (1 weekday + 1 weekend, non-consecutive) Or otherwise advised by the Client

Option #2: AM & PM Shifts + Weekends / Night

• Working Hours : 5 working days, 1 rest day and 1 off day per week
• 42.5 hours per week
• Staggered shift hours : 8.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break in between. Includes night shift.
• Rest Day and Off Day : Scheduled by Client (1 weekday + 1 weekend, non-consecutive) Or otherwise advised by the Client

Requirements:

Min 1 year End user support experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk. Customer Service Experience in non tech call center environment will not be considered. Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices support.

Atleast 5+ years of experience in IT with atleast 2+ ServiceNow

• Strong ServiceNow Technical Skills
• Must have experience in ITSM & CSM modules.
• Strong ServiceNow Architect skills in previous roles
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Portal
• Good understanding of Integrations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
