· Administrative Support:
o Oversee and manage administrative duties within the F&B department, including managing schedules, calendars, and meetings for the management team.
o Draft and prepare reports, memos, and correspondence related to F&B operations.
o Handle internal communication and client communications to ensure smooth workflow.
· Operational Coordination:
o Assist if needed in the implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans or ad-hoc projects
o Monitor and track inventory levels, ordering of supplies, and ensure stock is adequately maintained.
· Budget and Financial Support:
o Assist with budget preparation, tracking expenses, and respective reporting formats for the clients
o Prepare and maintain financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and payroll records.
o Assist in cost control and help identify areas of improvement in cost management.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure F&B operations adhere to health and safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
o Monitor and track maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any issues.
o Assist in the preparation for audits or inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and accurate.
· Customer Service and Relationship Management:
o Act as a liaison between the F&B department and guests or clients, addressing administrative concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
o Handle customer feedback or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
