We are looking for a driven and passionate Associate, Wealth Product Operations to be part of our high performance team in driving the growth of our Wealth Product Team within the Financial Technology infrastructure.

You will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end Wealth Products Operation matters, which includes:

• Process and oversee the subscription and redemption requests of different products, including receiving, confirming and booking of the requests.
• Provide utmost support to clients across multiple communication channels including email, instant messaging tools and other social platforms
• Assist in end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for new features of the trading platforms and applications.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and implement a comprehensive and user-friendly trading platforms.
• Support change management efforts including but not limited to establish and update of relevant SOPs, enhance customer experience and ensure operational workflows that align with the regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/ Finance/ Business Management or related fields.
• Min 1-2 years financial/ Wealth Products Operations experience with Client Support functions.
• Knowledge of investment management operational processes and requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to speak/read Chinese to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients and review relevant documents in Chinese.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in Blockchain /Crypto is a plus

Job Requirements:

• Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection.
• Ensure submissions via manual collection of the completed survey data are keyed into the system.
• Conduct field visits for selected respondents that are not contactable via phone.
• Perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files assigned to them.
