Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Field Service Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at Jurong East.

Job Requirement:

• Perform verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) in accordance with in-house Metrology SOPs.
• Maintain calibration and qualification tools, ensuring timely upkeep.
• Coordinate with and oversee External Third-Party (3P) vendors for calibration, PMs, qualifications, and repairs.
• Ensure External 3P vendors meet Customer off-site and on-site qualifications prior to service execution.
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc service requests from Laboratory End Users, adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Recommend appropriate inventory levels for critical equipment parts and tools to minimize downtime and aid budget planning.
• Accurately document and manage service records, training, and asset information in the in-house Asset Management system.
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination among customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Criteria:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
