Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build, establish, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and ensure 100% inventory accuracy in both physical and system tracking for inbound and outbound goods.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve any discrepancies in inbound and outbound goods on a weekly basis.
