ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Incident Logging and Ticket Handling: Log and process incidents, issues, and service requests submitted by users through phone or email in an incident management tool, resolving them in a timely and effective manner according to internal SLA. g) IT Security Support: Respond to security issues such as flagged emails and phishing incidents, conduct threat assessments, and propose resolution to IT Ops Lead and/or HOD IT.

Prepare reports of security incidents and incident reports (where necessary) for submission to management. Procure and ensure firewalls and security support services for HNF network across all sites. Provide support in preparing cybersecurity training materials or in the execution of training sessions for staff.

h) Other Duties as Assigned: Include execution/monitoring of backup jobs, monthly system maintenance, software patch management, and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by IT Ops Lead and/or HOD IT.

Fast and prompt service of food, maintain cleanliness of dining area by tidying, cleaning, washing etc.

Maintain the Coffee Counter, by tidying up, cleaning, washing etc, to ensure a smooth operation to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol.

Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring stock level, replenishment, and handling stock delivery upon arrival.Maintain a good hygiene standard in all food preparation process as per the Company’s Hygiene Protocol.

We are seeking a Community Associate to support our educational programs. This part-time role combines teaching, administrative duties, and family communication. You will update lesson materials, manage family communication, and teach weekend classes.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks (4 hours/week):

- Regular family follow-ups and answering queries (WhatsApp Business)

- Maintaining attendance and managing activity records (Excel)

Weekly Tasks (4 hours/week):

- Updating lesson slides (PowerPoint)

- Managing volunteer registration and attendance (Giving.sg / Excel)

- Updating CRM in HubSpot

Monthly Tasks (6 hours/month or ~2 hours/week):

- Reviewing and updating curriculum slides (PowerPoint)

- Designing and sending the monthly family schedule (Canva)

- Administrative upkeep, including attendance tracking (Excel)

Weekend Tasks (16 hours/week):

- Teaching classes and managing activities

- Volunteer briefing

- Overseeing student attendance and feedback collection

- Centre opening, clean up and closing

Qualifications

- WhatsApp Proficiency: Comfortable with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business

- Teaching Experience: At least 1 year of experience teaching children, with PowerPoint skills for lesson development

- Excel Competence: Able to manage attendance sheets and basic program agendas

- Organized & Communicative: Strong organizational skills and proactive communication during working hours

- Suitable Workspace: Quiet, dedicated home office space

- Commitment: Able to commit to 2 weekdays and 2 weekend per week (other arrangements can be discussed)
