Job Description:

• Daily inbound/outbound order handling
• Communicate with customer on issue arise on order & inventory
• Verification of invoices from suppliers
• Posting of all transactions in Warehouse System
• Weekly operation/KPI report data preparation
• Prepare monthly reports for billing

Job Requirements

• Min. 1 year administration experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent and able to work well with minimum supervision
• Must be willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekend OT will be on rotational basis between the teams (except during stock take or special project)

Responsibilities:

• Provides high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact where possible
• Understands the customer and establishes needs to offer relevant products, services and solutions
• Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution
• Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities
• Ensure customer complaints are escalated to internal teams, regulatory bodies as appropriate, in line with prevailing policies
• Carry out administrative tasks and systems updating activities in line with procedures which operate in the respective area
• Enhance customers' experience by introducing them to self-service banking channels that suit their needs
• Meet all service standards and assigned targets at the individual and team levels

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• With 1-2 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
• Ability to face customers in banking branch setting.
• Tech-savvy and willing to be trained.

Job Scope

• Acknowledge the complaint
• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log
• Track the complaint & close the complaint once actions are completed
• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)
• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling
• Conduct incoming inspections when required or prompted by customer complaints
• Update results in the SAP system and release inspected lots according to the defined usage decision
• Generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and track corrective actions by liaising with the supplier
• Assist in other day-to-day activities related to the QA department as assigned by your superior

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification
• Possess knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 QMS standard will be added advantage
• Possess experience in SAP system will be more advantageous
