Purpose of Role
The Receptionist will :
1) Maintain a professional front desk environment while supporting administrative functions.
Key Accountabilities
· Coordinate meeting room bookings to ensure meeting spaces are prepared and well equipped for use.
· Manage meeting room calendar to ensure availability.
· Greet visitors and guests.
· Handle mail and deliveries including sorting, distributing and scheduling couriers.
· Maintain a clean and organised reception area
· Assist in travel arrangements.
· Screen and direct phone calls
· Assist in managing the office premises with relevant service providers
· Facilitate the ordering of office supplies including pantry, stationery orders
· Assist in organising events, if necessary
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Knowledge and Experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Good organisational skills.
· Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a corporate environment would be an advantage.
