Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Desktop Support to be part of their IT Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Desktop Support:

• Provide operational support and administration for IT systems, ensuring smooth system and storage infrastructure performance.
• Monitor all aspects of the infrastructure to identify potential service issues or gaps and maintain clear visibility across the region.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with multiple vendors to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations in the knowledge base.
• Assist in implementing infrastructure changes, performing routine maintenance, and managing component upgrades.
• Conduct regular data backups and support disaster recovery operations to ensure system continuity.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Comfortable with 1 year contract (convertible / renewable)

6. Attends to and communicates promptly to address customers’ queries at the most excellent approach
7. Acknowledges and resolves customer feedback and concerns
8. Knows products inside and out to answer product queries
9. Communicates and coordinates with team and management
10. Ensures customer satisfaction and increases customer retention
11. Gathers customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement
12. Provides feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields
• Three (3) to five (5) years of leadership and management experience in customer-service-related capacity
• Consistently well-groomed according to the high appearance standards of the salon and the company
• High degree of professionalism in customer service
• Exceptional people skills
• High standards of customer communication skills
• Prior experience in the beauty line preferred
• Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers
• Computer literate
