• Provide day to day customer service support and administrative duties.
• Deal with customers via multiple communication channels such as telephones, email and other CRM tools.

• Post-Warranty Service Contract Proposal to customers.

• Record case data and customer information accurately into AX system for ease of reporting and follow-up.

• Provide the Guarantee and Maintenance (Labour and Comprehensive costs) price in tender.
• Getting all spare parts price list from Principals and convert to local pricing. To provide relevant price list for contract / tender purposes.

Basic Administrative Tasks for Project Coordination

• Organising and filing of documents
• Create and update records in database ( Updating new projects / contracts or alteration of current contracts )
• Job scheduling and monitoring
• Coordination between office and outdoor technicians
• Support new projects - communciate and update status of work with customers
• Assist in submitting work documentation to customers as and when required
• Application of Permit To Work / Check on status of said permit

Customer and Client Relations

Job Requirement:

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline foot care with comprehensive evaluation, assessment, and treatment for a range of pathologies, including (and not limited to:
• identification of ailments,
• explanation of diagnosis and treatment options,
• proper documentation of records,
• close liaison with Medical professionals to achieve coordinated patient care.
• Conduct clinical team meetings and attend multi-disciplinary meetings to enhance patient care.
• Get actively involved in foot health promotion projects and activities including community awareness events, talks or seminars
• Responsibly carry out the reasonable duties, tasks, and obligations, as directed by the practice and by the Allied Health Professions Council’s Code of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Degree in Podiatry from a UK, Australian, New Zealand, American or South African state-registered University
