• Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders (doctors, clinic staff, etc.) and providing support for diverse requirements.
• Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Setup and deploy new desktop/laptop computers and associated software, including Windows Active Directory (AD) administration.
• Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues related to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Manage data protection and cyber security functions, ensuring proper security system setup and maintenance.
• Maintain IT assets, systems documentation, and software licenses.
• Assist in executing action plans for the company’s operational goals and support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Degree qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end users desktop support, IT security implementation & operations.
• Team player who is able to work independently

• Support the development of interactive resources (offline and online) that may include motion graphics, animations (2D/3D), videos, photos, graphic and illustrations and etc. for Primary/Secondary/Pre-U students
• *Conceptualise and develop illustrations, animations and videos for teaching resources
• Plan and design storyboard for interactive resources for students and resources for teachers’ professional learning
• *Conceptualise and develop digital content such as illustrations, animations and videos for comms and engagement materials/collaterals

*Scope of work may include filming, videography and editing work

• Personnel may be redeployed for up to 10 working days in a calendar year to perform administrative duties to support branch-wide activities.
• Personnel may be allowed up to 2 telecommuting days per week in accordance with Flexi-Place Work Arrangement practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in multimedia design or related areas and
• At least 3 months of experience in creating multimedia learning resources, digital content for communications and engagement materials/collaterals using digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform checks on representatives’ fact-find forms.
