• Onsite duties include venue setup, registration & taking attendances, usherer, evaluation and feedback forms.
• Ensure food/refreshments are set up on time and cleared by caterer at the end of the workshop
• Collect stationery (markers, pens, tent cards, etc), Wi-Fi details and clear the classroom before leaving.
• Manage online sessions if required

Location:

• Clementi/Paya Lebar

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• $11/hr

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills, responsible and meticulous
• Team-oriented and able to work independently, effectively and efficiently under tight schedules
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PDF editing
• Proficient with MS Teams and Zoom
