Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improving efficiency and service quality within the logistics operations and suggest enhancements to the logistics processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, business administration, or related field is a plus.

• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or administrative support, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.

We are looking for an L1+L2 App Support Engineer to join our dynamic team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and providing technical support to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and quickly implementing solutions to restore systems to full functionality.
• Keep detailed documentation of user interactions, reported problems, solutions applied, and any further actions needed by management or tier 2 support.
• Create user manuals and troubleshooting guides to aid both support teams and users in effectively interacting with the system.
• Work closely with L3 Technical staff and the project manager to set objectives and plan system upgrades and improvements.
• Develop and implement new procedures to boost efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Prior experience with some programming languages (HTML, JAVA) will be an added advantage.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Prior experience in supporting mobile or web applications is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of school systems such as School/Student Information Management System (SIMS), Content Management System (Joomla, Drupal), and Learning Management System (Moodle)
• Handle internal mailbox relating to issues on applications coming from internal counterparts such as teachers, administrators, students, etc.
• Able to read and understand issues and escalate to relevant channels and L2 application support
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
• Plan and gather new requirements from stakeholders and write the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and work with the vendors to develop the solutions
• A responsible individual who will hold self-accountable to follow through issues
• Good written English that can effectively communicate the resolution back to the requestor
• Work in a School environment
• This is a temporary job, to stand in for a full-time staff who is going on maternity leave from 13 Jan - 31 Jan 2025
